Every order, wherever you are
Search any order and see what is in it, what has been paid, and where it is going. Useful in the warehouse when a customer rings about a delivery, and useful at the stand when someone asks whether their case has gone out yet. The same orders you would see at your desk, on the phone already in your hand.
Customers
Know who you are talking to
Look up any customer and get their full history: what they have bought, how often, and whether they are in the club. Handy at a tasting, where knowing what someone bought last time makes it much easier to recommend what they should try next.
Subscriptions
The club, on the floor
Pull up a member and see which plan they are on, when their next shipment goes out and whether their payments are healthy. Members tend to ask these things in person rather than by email, so you can answer there and then instead of checking when you are back at your desk.
Mini POS
Take payment at the stand
The app includes a mini POS built for events and smaller cellar doors: pick the wines, take the card on the phone itself with Tap to Pay, done. No separate terminal to remember and no separate system to reconcile afterwards, because the sale lands in the same orders, against the same customer, in the same figures as everything else you sell.
Not every guest wants to settle there and then. Raise the order at the stand and send them a payment link, and they can pay online once they are home.
It is built for one person serving at a time. If you run a busy tasting room with several people on the floor at once, the iPad app in development is the one to wait for.
